  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items purchased during a sale or clearance.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed and credited  within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
